Neither really. Definitely don’t want to be the class clown; too much of an introvert to be in the spotlight like that! Teacher’s pet, that can go wrong in so many ways but I’ll choose that one.

My childhood was so horrific that I can't even talk about it. So to compensate for the complete lack of love at home I became the class clown. I quickly discovered that by making people laugh that I could make people pay attention to me. When I received the attention I felt that I had some value, as opposed to feeling worthless at home.

I can't stand people focusing their attentions on me, so I'd rather be the teacher's pet if I had to be one or the other. Got enough stick for being a redhead, being shy, etc, what's another thing?
